About

When Alisha was six years old, she wrote a song called “Whales: Such Beautiful Creatures” and started a novel about a talking lamb that gave golden apples to little girls. These have been consistent themes throughout her life. She bows to the whale; she spits golden apples; she resembles the lion. With a degree in Global Studies safely behind her, she wants nothing more than to learn “the possibility of beauty and the penetration of written language.”
